Today I had a tremendous headache after a day of computer tedium at work (it's not bad, but it is repetitive, and there's a lot of it to do), so I finally finally did what I had been telling myself I would do ever since I got this job, and went straight to the Museum of Fine Arts after work

Yay Alice Neel! Yay craft project! I wanted to compliment you on the combo of Merlin characters + text - really really cool - I wasn't able to comment on them directly though.

Oh, yeah. Jim is GREAT. He was fan/geek first, then author second--and he still is. I've met him a couple times at cons, and he interacts more like a fan GoH than a bestselling pro.
