I've seen a mutated version of this that allowed "tried once, never again". Basically, "bold = have tried" and "cross out = would never ever" without being mutually exclusive. Thus, bold and crossed out is "tried, but never again".

Hmmm... a food list without Durian fruit on... And what about nasties like crickets, rat and guinea pig?! Not that I've eaten any of those three. I have eaten (and smelt) Durian fruit... apparently I used to love it....!
