Turpentine Creek Wildlife Refuge is a rescue facility for big cats, located just outside Eureka Springs, Arkansas. They specialize in providing homes for large cats who no longer have places to live. Most of their animals are tigers, but they have nearly every kind of cat you can think of, as well as a couple of bears and a very out-of-place

It's regulated state by state, so some states have no regulations at all. I think you're right that it's not allowed here, though.
