Two of the builders finally finished the front room of the house today. That's one down . . . the rest of the three stories to go (@3@);; Right now my old room in the witch's tower is still off-limits 'cause they need to finish re-tiling the moldy roof & insulating the attic spaces. And they wanna move everything from the den, where I'm sitting

Ganbare Nikki! The renovations wound awful but just think how nice it will be once its done - not to mention better for your health! Moldy tiles ewww!
I just moved out of my apartment with a truly obscene amount of stuff to take to my friend's tiny place in Toyotashi - god knows how I am going to get all my stuff on and off the trains. o.O

Hmmm, yeah the problem with that is once it's done that means it's time to move out :b The renovations are for the purpose of renting it out to a whole family rather than room-by-room. On the plus side, my room OUGHT to be done at least a little before full completion...then again these are the people who said two weeks for the room & roof and then I can move back into mine, and we are now about to start week four 8|

Anyway, ho-mans, I remember having to ship a metric buttload o' things before I moved outta my apaato and temporarily squatted at Belinda's. But I have witnessed firsthand your stuff-carting abilities, and they are truly superhuman. You can do it!

Had to mail a suitcase and a stuffed backpack - poor Karen, I have literally taken over a quarter of her apartment with my stuff. She is so awesome.
