Happy Easter / Ostara / spring renewal festival of choice! This year I decided to try my first-ever Sunday roast. Also decided to try lamb. Yeah I often unwittingly get myself into potentially disastrous situations. Fortunately there's this idiotic luck that runs on my Dad's side of the family and has had me charmed for quite a while now.
