Preferably the committee who came up with this game concept.
With this post, I christen a new tag, Japan - wtf.
I know the birth rate in Japan is pretty dire, but I don't really think this will do anything to improve it. :p There are so many things wrong with this game concept; I'm not even going to touch them.
