FINALLY got my copies!! (and how is it that folks who ordered their copies via Amazon AFTER me got the book long before I did??)

And these things are BIG.  Man.  I wasn't expecting something like this -- it's about as big as Dark Tower, or the first Game of Thrones or Wheel of Time....

Oh, GOOD!! The Aus channel IS working! I wasn't sure -- Amazon had the option to enable the channel, but whenever I try to link to the Aus Amazon site, it keeps booting me back to the US. Thanks for buying it!!

I hate to ask, but I'm going to: how bad's the shipping costs?

and yeeeeeeesus christ, another Aus friend of mine also got the book, and told me the shipping costs -- ye gods. If shipping charges for regular non-corporate mail weren't so outrageous between here & Aus, I'd be sending my Aus readers crates of homemade cookies in thanks; the shipping charges double the price, easily.

I'm used to high shipping costs for books. The horrible thing is, it's not that much more than the average price for a new book if I went to the book store (we have some truly sucky taxes on books/media).

Losing your mind because all you had was...what...the last chapter of the third tale? And you ended up writing Wielding just to make the thing make SENSE...which got me on your case to finish YOUR tale when I stumbled across your website, and you freaked out because you not only didn't expect me to be going nuts over your tale, you finally got to get the full three tales of mine. :)

Of such things, epics get made. :)
