It's possible to have PCOS to varying degrees. I'm reasonably certain that I have PCOS, but have been tested inconclusively since I was 13 years old for PCOS. Right now I have none of the symptoms, in the past I've had many of the symptoms you list, including miscarriage. So after 16 years of testing, I still don't know. Hypothyroid and diabetes, thankfully, can be conclusively ruled out with tests. Be careful with the diagnosis, as there is a good chance your doctor will diagnose you with having PCOS based on your symptoms without being able to confirm, so you might not really have it and should be cautious of medication. When I was in high school and college I was on prescription anti-androgens, but now it is more common to treat with glucophage. I have a friend who has been much improved on glucophage, but I have concerns about personally taking it, especially since I am not diabetic. Probiotics and daily vitamin (iron) have been the most help for me in minimizing symptoms.
