A year ago today, Nastia Liukin won the Olympic All-Around Gold!!!!!!!

And all was right in the world.

Can't wait for Nationals tonight!!! Hopefully, the routine will be a little better, and there will still be tons of funny sideline stuff like on Day 1.

i was just watching a recap of the AA on NBC.com last night and omg tots look so young! like, i did not believe nastia was 18, almost 19 years old. sj is NOT EVEN the same person anymore. it was weird. 0_0

also, do you know if tonight's comp. is gonna be streaming live online anywhere?

Did you hear that nastia isn't going to be competing at Worlds next month? She said she wants to take time off and get back into better shape to compete internationally. I'm totally bummed. :(

and yeah, I did hear about that. I was totally bummed about it too, but hopefully, she'll be back in full shape for the next nationals.
