Norrington is to "disheveled" what Lizzie Bennett is to "plain" in the 2005 Pride and Prejudice.

Mmmm...I like that much better. :)

But a pirate would never call anyone disheveled. After, that's as clean as they'd be at the best of times and they don't use that kind of language!
