Hypocrisy is Twilight's main theme, it's just that Meyer doesn't know it yet. Each chapter holds somebody being a two-faced jerk and yet I haven't seen somebody truly in love.

Leah arguably was. Of course, she's ignored.

(Off topic I know, but) LOTTIE!!!! :D What a sweetheart she was!!!!

Imprinting pissed all over that. Their story wasn't the truest love forever sealed in the temple of eternity and rainbows. I mean, she's barely a woman and all. You can't have manly man Sam be with Leah. Eeww. Emily/Sam all the way. [/sarcasm]

And Lottie is the best! I expected to hate her before watching the movie. She was so pink in the poster and had a bitchy look, but she is so gosh darn adorable! She is sweet, hyper, funny and her movements and expressions are amongst the best in the movie. She had great animation.

And she was deep! You see her and think she's a shallow and spoiled but she places Tiana's happiness above her own. As soon as Tiana goes "I love him!" she happy cries, kisses him for her and is ecstatic when her friend marries the only legal prince around. She gives up her dream for her and doesn't whine for a second about it! (And her accent = LOVE with me)

So yeah, I'm changing Up for Lottie.

I actually kind of fell for Lottie when I first heard that she and Tiana were going to be friends. I think she was originally supposed to be the usual spoiled nasty girl (this was back when Tiana was named Maddie and was a chamber maid - Charlotte was the girl she served). My first thought when I read the change was "Hooray for Disney not trying to club us with the 'Rich white mean girl versus the poor black virtuous girl' thing!" Same with Naveen, making him and Tiana equally flawed and likable rather than just him being a buffoon that she fixes.

And I know! She and Tiana have a lovely BFF vibe at the party and while Charlotte's flighty and goofy she's devoted to her best friend. Plus, she and Naveen's brother were ridiculously adorable together! ^_^

Eh, I'll admit it I'm a total Disney fangirl. XD

I believe everybody talking about how they're gonna die is less of them just giving up and more of just Meyer whacking us about the head and shoulder with the Cricket Bat of Subtlety.

Ohhh yeah, I can't wait to get to the chapter when the Volturi just walk away without killing anyone (well except for Irina but she was singl - erm, a Bad Guy).

Dude, she wasn't even a bad guy. She was just mistaken. Her death is TERRIBLE. If we go by what Meyer wanted us to believe vampire love was, she first sees one of the monsters that tore her One True Love to pieces, and vampires supposedly never get over that to the point of wishing to destroy all who did in said loved one. Then she sees what she thinks is a vampire child, which is what got her mother figure killed and almost herself. But I'm supposed to hate her because she did not immediately run down to worship the ground Death Baby walks on?! Jesus!

Not only that, but her death was used as a cheap means to spark a fight, a fight which doesn't even happen! Meyer, if you're going to kill a character and present it as tragic, then MAKE IT MEANINGFUL AND HAVE IT LEAD TO SOMETHING! Don't just use it as yet another way of showing how OMG EVIL! the Volturi are!

Why are they all so stupid? WHY?

And Sam, I've already shot you once. Don't make me...wait, what the hell am I saying?!

*shoots him and Jerkoff* And bugger to your Imprinting too!

And so in conclusion, this chapter was mud and thank you for that delicious Movie!Aro picture. The Movie!Catholics rock so hard <3

Aw, you're welcome. Yeah, the Twilight movies at least have some redeeming features. ^^

Thank you for shooting the jerks and for reading. :)

Oh, and Bella describes Aro as having a "translucent-skinned face".
Bella described her skin as 'translucent' in the first book, now she's a vampire I wonder what it looks like now?

Yet again, 'true love' is thrown at our faces. Eddface loves Bella soooo much that he can't stand to be away from her, even when she asks to be alone (especially when she asks to be alone). To be honest girl, this is your fault abd I have no sympathy at all.

"We each still have our free will".
I'm sorry Eddy, free will?
Does SMeyer even know what free will is? Maybe her dictionary came from Opposite Land.

And I think I will scream with you. Stupid fucking child grooming, sue worshiping, chauvanistic, merciless wolves.

Still fail, so much fail. Apart from Emmett, he is still kickass for not running around like a headless chicken clucking "doomed! doomed!".

*snorts with laughter*

Well, I wouldn't be surprised. After all, she thinks that Bella is a strong, feminist heroine and Edward is not abusive, and she constantly uses the word "chagrin" even when it's not appropriate.

I still can't believe that Meyer majored in English. *shakes head*

To use an X-men Evolution quote, they give everyone a degree these days. *rolls eyes*

Heck, Kent "Dinosaurs were on Noah's Ark" Hovind has a degree. General consensus is that he bought it.

Hey, I used to watch "X-Men Evolution" too! *high-fives*

Which scene/episode was that quote from and who said it? It's been a while since the show's been on television.

I've heard of Kent Hovind. A lot of his quotes are up for ridicule on the website FSTDT (Fundies Say the Darndest Things). If he bought it, I wouldn't be surprised, although it's a shame that something like that was even up for sale at all. :(
