[Somewhere in Hyrule Field, a boy of many scars is rolling down one of the rarer, steeper hills, without a care for now. He doesn't seem to be playing with anyone, climbing the hill again and again to repeat the process. Once or twice he tries cartwheeling, but by the time he reaches the bottom he's just a mess of tangled limbs.]

[For once, Link seems to be having fun, laughing out loud as he tumbles down the slope, grass and dirt getting all over his hair and clothes. The Master Sword, Hero's Shield, and various other items lay in a pile at the top of the hill, momentarily forgotten.]

[Link tilted her head in wonder and wandered a bit, before she saw a young boy tumbling down the hill over and over. He sort of looked like what she use to when she was a kid...]

[Sprawled out and staring up at the sky from the bottom of the hill, Link hears a voice in the distance. He calms down and moves to sit, large eyes scanning the area...]

[It's Link -- wait, no. It's a girl. o.o]

Um... hey there, little boy. Is this Hyrule Field?

[Link blinked. A wolf?]

Ah, hey there, wolf.

[She crouched down to hold out her hand to it. Well, it seemed like a normal wolf and not a Wolfos...]

[She laughed lightly and gently pet him, scratching behind his ears]

Are you lost, too?

[This was interesting. It looked like Link, but the gender was new. Another alternate? Or perhaps a relative? The alternate sounded more amusing though.

He steps into view, staying in the shadow of a nearby tree.]

It looks like you're pretty new to this world, am I right?

[She spun around to where she heard the voice, looking at the tree. She tilted her head, having a hard time seeing him, before squinting enough to see who it was. He looked just like him except... smaller]
