[Din, who sleeps in the stable at Lon Lon Ranch, is not yet asleep. Cautiously, she moves to the door and peers out at the field. As long as she stays indoors, the stalchildren don't bother her, but she can feel the familiar presence of the one who shares her name. Yep, sure enough, there she is...couched on a pile of bones. [Din winces slightly at the shriek, deciding she doesn't want to know who was struck, and makes her way to sit on the grass near the reclining deity.]

Normally, I sleep quite well. Tonight I just don't seem to manage it so easily.

[She glances upward at the stars dotting the nightscape.]

It's certainly a beautiful evening.

[If we're going by Din's blank expression as she reaches behind herself for a new baton, it wasn't anything important.]

[She hums a brief acknowledgment to the oracle's answer, although she expected as much. The girl is still mortal, after all. She raises an eyebrow at the sky at the word 'beautiful', but shrugs it off with a soft rattle from her pillow.]

The stars are chatty tonight.
