[Dream] Dreaming in Color

[He can see.]

[He cannot see clearly, granted. All he can make out are blurry blotches of color spattered around the landscape, but the point is, he can see. The shapes waver and wobble as though they are not really there, but they exist all the same. [He sees the blurred colors, confused by the oddity of the landscape. Land didn't look like this. Then again, something has been off since he had appeared in the Digital World so briefly and then walked right into the volcano of Dark Mountain.]

[Still, despite the oddity, it's rare to see colors so vivid being a creature of darkness, but it doesn't seem to have the usual blinding light that accompanies them.]

[Then he sees a figure different from the splotches of color. Solid and defined. And in a familiar outfit. He stops some distance away, studying this figure before determining it's not a Link he knows. Perhaps he could have some fun then.]

And interesting landscape, don't you think?

That it is. [As this is merely a dream, the sudden appearance of someone else doesn't faze him. On the contrary, it pleases him to see that this person is clear, discernible, compared to the land around him. That he could make out any shape at all was stunning, but this...this is incredible. And while their appearance was unusual, what did it matter, really?]

Unfortunate that it couldn't be a little clearer, however.

Is it an illusion?

[Is curious about the landscape. Better to know where he was before he tries anything and it doesn't seem this Link recognized him at all.]

I wouldn't say illusion...

[He stops speaking momentarily to try and take in the atmosphere of the area.]

Rather, I'd say this is a dream. Dreams don't always make the most sense, you know.
