I love Spring, I really do, but I hate the allergies that go along with it. I can't breath out of my nose because my sinuses are so swollen, it's obnoxious. Uuuuuurgh. And I miss sleeping, too. :( I haven't had a good night's sleep since I got back to VA, though I'm sure some of that is stress, too

I actually do use one, but it's not the mucus that's the problem, it's my glands. You can actually see them swell up and then close off my nasal passages. If I try to use a Neti Pot when that happens, I wind up with a huge backwash of saline solution down the back of my throat because the water can't get through. It's really nasty. About the only thing that opens it up is that Neo Septrym (spelling), but that stuff is highly addictive and I try not to use it more than once. Thankfully I think the swelling has gone down a bit, because I can breath again.
