I just read I think the first SMTII fic I've ever found and it's really, really rekindling old urges to write an Aleph POV fic. And it's kindling new urges to write a SJ POV fic, but yipes. I've got other writing projects I should wrap up first

Anyway, uh. XD Sector Carina isn't so bad, but Delphinus has an annoying gimmick. And Eridanus...you might want to use the maps or guide over at GameFAQs if you have a poor short-term memory like me.

Eridanus. I get the sinking feeling it's a teleporter dungeon, isn't it. I religiously mapped everything in SMTII and Nocturne...until the teleporting dungeons. I can drop through pits and one-way doors and everything, but those dungeons boil down to get the loot, advance the plot, get out. In any case, it's SMT, I'll make do. XD;;

I managed to fully map the floor it's on. It took me forever and I needed a map open at all times, but I did it. XD

And of course, my tastes lean toward thoughtful & surreal gen, which leaves me with almost nothing to read in any fandom. xD Thus do I remember why I don't go searching for much fan fiction these days.
SMT is kind of a quiet fandom, and I always got the impression it was sort of, er... fractious, but I tend not to wade too deep into these things, so I may be mistaken.

I will rec what I read yesterday, then, considering your tastes: SMT2 Gabriel-centric, neat look at her after the big reveal in the Center. If you don't know what that reveal is, then I urge you to play SMTII posthaste, as it's my favorite in the series. (Including DDS, Persona as well as other SMTs)
I haven't had enough experience with it to say one way or the other, but I'd like to have some experience...ah well. I'll make do. :)
