[Off-topic] Over the past few weeks, nothing interesting seemed to happen.  I have had lots of photo-assignments planned, but not  a single one executed.  I have half-written articles rotting in my hard-disk asking me pleadingly never to complete them.  I went to spend some time sulking when disfigureds popped out of nowhere and gave me hell
