That's a term I've only encountered in this area. I guess it's like a kitchen peninsula with stools -- but instead of alcohol, you eat pretzels and peanuts?

Some of them are being moved about, but a lot of the really rich people are digging their feet in and staying put.

I should say that this listing represents the lower end of housing prices in the F-M area. If you want more than 2 bedrooms/1 bath, you will pay much more this. That said, there is a glut of housing inventory, so maybe you should think of buying your dream home here. A vacation home, perhaps?
