Thanks. We have another one due, but I really hope it holds off until my mother gets back next week! I don't want to have to give her any more bad news, and it's so much easier to manage this kind of thing when she can come out to my place when I have to be in the city.

Thank you. When I was treating it yesterday, knowing it wasn't looking good, I was thinking - what if it was a baby? That must be one of the worst feelings in the world.

Minnie seemed to distance herself from it a bit over the past couple of days. I think she knew it wasn't looking good. She hasn't seemed overly concerned this afternoon. The grass is coming through now, so she has a pleasant distraction.
