I find it really amazing that they grow fastest over summer, when the ground's so dry and hard.

Studying tax, ugh. But it's my insurance in case I get injured with the horse work!

Looks like the grass hasn't (totally) taken over again yet, which is a good thing. :)

These photos came from a section psycho_tabby helped me spray. It did kind of take over in the other places.

Next year (oops, this year), I'll plan ahead better.

Hi there...sorry to crash a completely unrelated thread, but Dr_K put me onto you, and looking at your interests i can see why. She mentioned that you do some work with rehabilitating navicular disease - i was wondering if you could tell me a bit about what you do and how and what results you get. We have a dearly beloved 10 year old TB (barely raced, then did very little until a year of showjumping for which he showed great aptitude in 2004, which was when his Navicular showed up) who we really don't want to put down but would never sell unless he was assured of a lifestyle that wouldn't do any damage. He's been living as a lawnmower in a giant paddock down south, happy as larry, but changing circumstances at his agistment property meant he was being neglected, so we've had to bring him back to perth, where agistment costs are fairly prohibitive for a horse that can't be ridden.

I'd love to hear what you do...if you're able to, i'd very much appreciate it if you emailed me/commented on my journal or whatever.

thanks :)

::laughing at the collision of my personal and work lives:: She could have given you my phone number or my email address, but no, she gives you my LJ. *g*

Will email you!
