Oddly, we never found Wal-Mart. There was a Safeway that seems like it was less than a mile away, and a Fred Meyer a bit farther afield. I now have FAR too much knowledge of what's between the Edgefield and the Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center... but at least it's filling in my map of Portland. :)
