Yeah, I've heard that before and have kinda been doing that without planning on it. Weekends are the hardest with my family around and I tend to do the majority of the cooking.

Yeah, I remember being 150 in high school and unhappy with my weight then. Also, my BMI is supposed to be around 140 on the high end. That's why I was asking so many questions about the diet. I'm going to need to be stricter than you for MUCH longer :(
That doesn't sound right. I top out my BMI right now at 24.9 for normal weight at 145 pounds and I'm 5'4" just barely. You are much taller than me!!! (So if I gain a pound I'm technically overweight but as long as I stay below 145 from now on I'm still in the healthy range of 18.5 to 24.9 BMI

Well, I've done this thing before. I have a small frame (I'll show you some pics of how skinny I was in grammar school/early high school. With my height and weight I should be around the 140 range. I did this test at a Vitamin Shoppe that had a BMI indicator a couple of months ago. I'm pretty hefty, I do have some muscle (Not as much as I used to when I larped), but its all in weird areas like my shoulders, but no where else :)
