I love the way Chris and Richard met, and their individual backstories, as well as personality types which were so well defined and so clear with a few deft words.
Jim would be upset by what happened in that conference room even if he hadn't lost Chris, but the realization that it could have been Chris was all the more poignant because of that movie. I love that Chris is alive and living with Richard and happy (and still mentoring Jim, which yes).
