At first this was just going to be an article about Wonder Woman, then I decided to go ahead and expend it to include all of the fabulous super heroines in the DC universe. Feminism in comic books! You should teach a class. It should be a humanities course so I can get that requirement out of the way and graduate.

I just hope they don't make Wonder Woman look like Chyna when she's all muscular or I will never sleep again.

Yeah feminism totally has been there (all be it subtle undertones and in stark contrast to the outfits the women wear) in comics for long time, or at least some form of it.

Some artists make Wonder Woman look like a man (way to buff) with boobs. Others do a good job of giving her the curves of a full grown woman, but still giving her good definition and strength. Its a fine line, really.
