Sweet potato fries

\Made some sweet potato fries tonight, and they turned out ok. Tonight's lesson was 'ignore the times in the recipe, trust the automagic talking thermometer' - they were a bit overdone

I've gotten in the habit of roasting sweet potato in the oven with a bit of olive oil, kosher salt and minced garlic. I never thought I would turn away from the brown sugar and butter crowd but man I do like them savory too!

They are also amazing with fresh grated Parmesan cheese and a bit of salt.
