Yes, "Sans has a nightmare" has been done a kajillion times, but him sleep-teleporting to Papyrus, that's so cute. ;_; I also laughed really hard at Sans refusing to take his turn at cards. What if he did that to Gaster when they're playing chess, just to be a shit. Gaster probably wouldn't be super impressed, just like "Then you forfeit and I win. :|"
