I have a weird fondness for wingfic, particularly wingfic written by someone with a sense of humor and an awareness of the logic issues, so this entry made me happy.
I want someone to do wingfic where it happens to Sherlock Holmes and he spends the entire time ranting about the laws of physics and basic logic and how none of it should be happening.
(Of course, I also want to do genderswap fic where he's turned into a woman and spends the entire time huddled in the corner, naked, and repeating "First, you eliminate the impossible..." to himself in an increasingly distressed voice.)

I ACTUALLY DID CONSIDER BUTTERFLY/FAIRY WINGS FOR HER but as far as i know no one ever means fairy/butterfly wings for a wingfic, i think that's something different
i don't think i've ever seen wingfic with fairy/butterfly wings come to think of it. bat wings sure, on occasion, but i guess fairy/butterfly wings fall under the SECRETLY HALF A FAERIE!! category?
