If there is, I haven't found it yet. It's really difficult stuff to sub (speaking as one of a group of people that sits around watching these and translating as much as we can WHAT IS IT LIKE TO HAVE A LIFE). And because Hankyuu would probably crash down like a ton of bricks on anyone attempting to sub a whole musical. Actually, I did see one - Me and My Girl, I think - subbed in Chinese, not that it helps any.

Someone did upload the entire 2010 Tsukigumi production of the Scarlet Pimpernel, if you want to watch it without subtitles, though.

No subs, though. Sorry.
