One of my favorites to do is (C&P'd from filename) YTMND Soundtrack - Volume 09 - 16 - Tito Puente - Mambo Gallego (D-Code Remix). It's a really good 'demo' track for the game.
Focus - Hocus Pocus(long version) is really fun 'cauze of the massive dives in it.
Messiah - Thunderdome is good too. I think I got that track from you

There are so many good tunes to play that game with...I jsut can't think of any. None of them are classical pieces...there's like, nothing there. Unless of course you want to get a not make any mistakes very easily.

Okay, I've discovered something which may interest you: Susumu Hirasawa+Audiosurf=Infinite Joy. Try it yourself, the tracks are fun and not psycho-hard.
