How are these people so young??!! They are the age of MY SON ARGGH. He talks like that and sits like that and wears clothes like that ARGH. No tattoos, though. I indoctrinated him too well.

I have been lying in bed way too long this morning, snuggling up to my kindle and re-reading the beginning of Fall inside your Gravity (am I getting the title right here?). Because of course when I first read this story I had no clue that this wasn't canon. I skimmed the bit about 'AU' in the header because ultimately all RPS is AU blah blah so I read the story as if it were some sort of flashback, set at a time before they met. I actually believed you when you told me that 2 of the lads were famous (Harry and Niall) and the other three were not. I understood that they were not perhaps students but I thought, well, that's how they met up to be in the X-factor later.
Then I continued to read and realised this didn't quite make sense. Then I re-read the word 'cliché' in your header and started to suspect that this was maybe a fandom kink, Mary Sue non-famous!boy / famous boy. And immediately I ( ... )
