I enjoyed this episode much more than I expected to. To tell the truth, I was a little worried: de-aged Dean...that's a fanfic trope...so much potential for it to go horribly wrong. This was really lovely, thank you. I loved the idea of Dean eating green (or orange) things just for Sammy. And this seems like the whole show in a nutshell:

When Sam was dealing with the reintegration of Soulless Sam, Cage Sam and Wall Sam, and all the Lucifer crap that went with it, his coping mechanism was to try to take control; working out, eating right, living clean.

Sam’s coping mechanisms have always been focused on finding himself. In contrast, Dean’s have always been focused on losing himself; in mindless sex, in booze, in the blood, sweat and violence of a bar fight.
