Happy Canadian Thanksgiving!Like American Thanksgiving, most Canadians celebrate by roasting a turkey. Even when I ate meat, I was never much of a turkey gal; to me it tasted the same as chicken and I never understood why everyone would freak out with joy about eating turkey for two weeks after the big feast.
