Indeed the release is overdue, perhaps, DONE. O_o Yeah, you have all the mixed instrumentals, Brandon has none. Someone's got to get them to the mic i.e. YOU lol
Actually people arent moving out of Michigan, new construction is just down and people are moving around. Actually if you look at the statistics, Michigans population is actually increasing, its just that new construction projects are slow, which usually happens in an economic lull.
House prices havent hit the bottom yet, when one of the Big 3 automakers file for bankruptcy, then you will see a lot of houses get really cheap.
But the way things are shaping up (dont know about Ford or DaimlerChrysler) GM is making a big comeback with their restructuring plans, and I think Ford isnt too far behind.
So yeah, do some research before you make any big decisions.
Chrysler seams to be doing the best out of the big 3, GM seams to be getting by, and Ford is in the middle of restructuring to get them out of the hole they're in. I know property hasn't hit bottom yet, it's just a thought in my mind if I come across something.
New construction is slow because new construction sucks(lol...I hate drywall), but seriously people can't afford it and there are too many homes in this area that are up for sale and nice inside with lower taxes(headly act).
As for the move out rate, I don't know the whole deal with it - I just heard it on TV. I know that jobs are a bit more scarce than they were and it would make sense if people have to relocate to survive.
