People and high-beams on their cars

There is this thing that people use when they drive at night; they use headlights so that they can see. Most cars have this very useful feature in headlights called brights, or high-beams. While people around here are courteous enough to dim their high beams, there's no getting around those nasty Xenon lights you see on high-end luxury cars, especially BMWs. Those things are as bright as the sun and put out way more light than anyone needs. >_

If you're talking about the annoyingly bright blue ones, those are halogens. Xenon bulbs are too bright to pass inspection.

No, those are xenons. Halogen lamps are standard headlamps. :)
