I had a hard time with this one! I live in the Evergreen State, and on the green side of the mountains. And it is very green here as a general rule. I don't do a real indoor tree (asthma issues) but I like having a real wreath. You get some of that smell anyway!

I have a boring old fake wreath. I looked into getting a 'real' one made this year at the florist, but it was going to be approx $120 so I'll stick with my fake one.

I must say, I prefer to have a fake tree (and I do love our one), because, well a couple of reasons... I'm not keen on the idea of chopping a tree down so I can have a Christmas tree, but also, we don't get the right sort of trees over here...so our fake trees are MUCH nicer than our real ones. But a real wreath would be so nice.

Makes sense to me. My dad (former military brat here) was stationed in Texas when I was a kid, and we had a fake tree for most of those reasons. I do a fake tree now primarily for allergy issues! I have a fairly nice fake wreath on a shelf in my garage too, but I discovered last year that Costco (warehouse store) has real evergreen wreaths. This one was only $15! Pretty sure I paid more than that on sale for the fake one!
