For some odd reason I was told that I didn't seem like I was I the military. I look waaaayyyy too relaxed. I guess playing an Ukulele in the Atlanta airport isn't the normal thing to do.
I had the read the word 'tic' like 5 times to understand that you didn't mean TICK! They are everywhere in our woods. I've seen 2 this week ... But that's a side story ...
We DID go on the Martin tour! It was my second time and Jack's first. Vince Gill was there just a few days before us. We toured, went to the museum and the gift shop. My favorite part was playing in the 'picking parlor' with Jack.
They have a room next to the museum that has a dozen or so really nice guitars and you can sit and play. An employee of Martin came in to fuss with the guitars - we had a really wonderful conversation and I asked him where he works in the factory. He said research and analysis (how cool!).
