one wonders if you don't just anonymously send your rant to the newspapers and news stations in your surrounding area -- if it would get media attention or prompt an investigation. i'm not sure about the freedom of the press in singapore but i do know about squeaky wheels.

are these associations and clubs making money from this sport because it reeks of corruption?
