Took the GRE today. I think it actually broke me out of my writers block funk I was in. The writing portion of the test was actually quite fun -- one section asked me to write about how studying something changed your view on the world (which I have no trouble writing for hours about) and the other asked me to rip apart a fallacious argument ( ( Read more... )

220lbs. I like that weight. I could be skinnier (I was 180 or so when you met me in the dorms, before we got into CS), but I think I like the muscle mass I get at 220.

It's a POS, and it's my second car. I don't use it except once a month or so. I would have been only mildly annoyed if it had been completely totaled -- I had just assumed that he wouldn't be so worried about the car if anyone was actually hurt, then realized that he might have been really scared of my reaction ...

fallacious arguments are the BEST! When I took logic I thought I would hate it, but I loved it! I didn't realize it was a "pointing out when people are dumb" class.
