Clicking on the picture brings you to the original CuteOverload post, which tells about some sort of bad weather at a zoo or something, so they were brought to a more protected area.
It still is freaky.

It's just horrible! At least it's in a men's room and not a department store or a bedroom or something.
Oh, and it's likely that my
then-recent National Zoo visit
