Hard to say...I don't know any grocery chain around here that has Chanukah specials or signs like that...the text doesn't look artifacty, but it does look rather crisp...I imagine Snopes will pick up on this in a few days to solve the mystery :-D

I saw this pic this morning on a friend's LJ in a larger resolution...they described it as such - "My mother's friend, who lives in New York City, took this picture at Balducci's, which is some sort of high end supermarket"...
