LOL or the lady they have manning the phones while Flo is descending from air ducts to deliver car insurance. She was really on the ball though.

For the first time in my life I actually feel motivated to drive... But I still need to bulk up my experience. The idea of driving to the coast is a bit daunting, but I need to take my mom one day and I need to visit Gabe another... Plus Portland, and one day hopefully seattle.

Yeah, the drive to the coast can be daunting, I remember that, but you get used to it with practice. :)
