Camera at about a 45 degree angle to the wall/background.
One strobe from the left snooted and cookied with a plant.
One strobe bounced off the wall at right (perpendicular wall to background).

Ha... yeah... that's exactly what it is... but I've had it for a few years... so it's prolly not THAT high tech any more.
