Yes, but the miracle of him dying for peoples' sins and then rising again is pretty much the main reason that most Christian religions give for choosing to worship him.

The whole birth thing is important, but not nearly as impressive.

Although, you have to admit, he couldn't die if he wasn't born.

But don't look at me ... I spent the entire weekend on a retreat in honor of Beltaine.

Thanks! I might not be able to get the full appreciation, not being Christian and all, but it certainly is a nice holiday.
