Since I'm not really affiliated to any fandom, I'm feeling a bit stumped as to what I'm gonna fill this journal with. Because filling it is something I really want to do. For a number of reasons. I'm so happy you're gonna be posting more. I've missed you and Fire like crazy! But life throws you lemons while throwing you curveballs and...well I catch everything at once. In some ways, it's been so long I feel like I'm going, "Hai, my name is Red!" Know what I mean?

So, I'm gonna fix that and try to be a better bitch, okay?

Also, omg, 15 icons!?!?! That's my situation at Dreamwidth, I haven't renewed my paid account, so....yeah, I think I have 6 icons. I can't handle that!!

I miss you guys too! Yeah, I know what you mean, and it's a bit daunting to break into maybe a new fandom. And making new friends.

It's like first day at kindergarten, all over again!

I KNOW!! 15!! It's insane!! The need to do something about that is overwhelming... Btw - that font on your icon, what's it called?

I think life just caught us all in that transition thing that happens every so often.

New fandom, huh? Everyone is all caught up in Teen Wolf. I passed. lol I was totally into Spartacus when it was airing, that was awesome. And I really want to check out HBO's new series, Looking. It's supposed to be like QAF, but better. Everyone is all up in arms about the comparisons, cause, you know, QAF was 'so much better' and how dare they say it wasn't and blah blah...dude, as much as I love/loved QAF, while groundbreaking, yeah, it shows its training wheels, yes?

Looking? Haven't heard about that one! See - the downside of not being a in a fandom anymore. Gotta check that one out!

Naturally QaF had its faults, but as always there's a bunch of people who finds any sort of critique - true or not - to be in the same league as pissing on a crucifix or strangle small children. *face/palm*

Maybe a better idea, photography-wise, is the comm, 100_snapshots which is photographs taken to prompts. There are 3 or 4 100-word prompt lists, I'm currently working on #3, and the loveliness of this is that you post when you want, no every day, every day, which is tiring.

Also, if you would like another month-long meme type thing for later on, I did one last year which was probably one of the best things I've done on LJ, The Happiness Meme, something like that. Let me know if your interested.

Good luck with your new job. I look forward hearing about you 'being a huge idiot and being stupid at my new job!' Or maybe, hopefully more about how AWESOME it is!!
