Fitness for the New Year

One of the good things about timing your commitment to better fitness & health with the New Year is that the gyms have special deals then. I signed up for Lifetime Fitness for a $140 processing fee and $75/month. The additional $400 joining fee was waived! I just read this other blog post recommending Gyminee-which tracks your fitness online. You could try that as you work your heart rate down. Also it recommeded a blog, Gimme20. Seemed cool--lots of motivational tips.
