This week we took little ZuZu in to have her baby maker removed. Vicky wasn't expecting a call from the vet before lunch. The news was that ZuZu wasn't well enough for the operation and it looked like our little girl might be suffering from renal kidney failure

I hope ZuZu responds well to the medications. Tica had kidney problems and, for the last ten years that she lived with us, she was fed a special, kidney-friendly diet; it was expensive stuff, but she ate so little that a $50 bag would last a couple-three months. Tica made it to 18 years...

Sorry we're missing Mosport this weekend, but, looking at the weather around here (wet and mid-50s), I'll bet that it would also be wet there for the race. Right now, I'm watching the F1 qualifying for Spa, via DVR.

Faye & I have a dinner-dance tonight with the Portage Lake Association, just so we get to know the locals. As retirees, Faye & I have been playing a lot of golf, especially for the week that Paulie was here. And, we've been entertaining guests; including you guys, we've had 45 guests this year..

glad she's going to be okay. *hugs* treacle lost her lung when she went in to get spayed, do i recall the feelings all too well.
