That is a really distressing story. Poor cactus. And I had an evil mouse in my house too. They are bold creatures. Take what they want and leave. And have the nerve to look at YOU like YOU are doing something wrong. (sigh)

I hope you have better luck.

And that is kinda mean of your brother to take advantage of your weakness like that. I mean you were in a time of heartbreak, frustration and distress. But at least he didn't add hair.
