It's great that, how many days later, Shrubya is finally sending more troops in to help. I mean, the helicopters trying to bring in food and stuff were being shot at days ago. The point is/was that the NG troops that were stationed there that are now in Iraq should have been there and not Iraq. I know you know that.
Michale Moore is not now and never has, that I've seen, blamed the troops. This is about Shrubya, not the troops.
Michael Moore is little more than a conspiricy theorist with a bullhorn. Unfortunatly he also has a wide audience base, the large majority of whom are thoughtless morons who follow the opinion of whoever is most eloquent, vocal, and sesationalist.

35% of Louisianna's troops are in Iraq, 40% of Mississippi's, The AP reported that the lack of guard available caused those who were responding initially to either make a choice of rescuing people, or plugging the levey... they chose to save people. Udoubetdly the lack of guard played heavily in this disaster and the following lawlessness and slow response. E
