I have Sakura and Carver (still for now) and I'm up for anything if someone wants to do stuff but:

Does anyone have tech or magic or magic-tech capable characters? I have a particular question I want to ask you for an IC project your character could have worked on to see fruition.

Please let me know if you feel your character could help design a limiting/power-restricting collar, which would nullify powers extending past the given character wearing it. i.e. powers still work on and for that character, but not on anyone else, except by tangent (strong hit still connects, physical things not directly augmented by power so much still work, perhaps).

What is my tagging speed? When I'm not working, decent. Weekdays are typically slower, but I do my best not to take more than a day to reply;;
How do I feel about shipping my characters? Flirting is fine, anything else is sketchy. He's in love with Julia, even if he can't remember her, so. Just talk to me about your ideas.
How do I feel about negative cr? Love it. Spike has plenty of bad traits and can be easily annoyed, so this is easy to work with.
Are there any other notes of interest for someone who might try to build CR with this character? I'm thinking of doing a loss in December based on Poe's the Raven except with Vicious' bird. Still brainstorming on it, but I'd love to involve people in that!
