Shooting big guns is fun

The premise is corny as all hell. The movie looks corny as all hell. Yet, I still wanna see it.

Surprisingly, one of the critics I respect actually doesn't hate the movie . . .

‘Battleship’ is silly, but it stays afloat

. . . now that doesn't mean, I'll be seeing it as soon as I get out of work today! I think I'm more likely to see The Avengers

I want to see it too .. but it seems more like an On Demand flick rather than movie theater worthy.
